Kitchens, wardrobes & storage (Hardware) Up to 5-year warranty
Gypsum Ceiling Up to 1-year warranty
Electrical Up to 1-year warranty

  • In the event to avail the warranty, the same is valid only if Client possesses a digital or physical proof of complete payment, and/ or Client has signed the handover document at the time of completion.
  • Yashi Interior Exterior will provide one free of cost service visit to the site within 6 months of the handover. This is put in place to address routine services, which cover moving parts like hinges, channels etc. Our Care team will contact you to schedule the visit. The service addresses issues like minor alignment, loose parts etc. It also covers general alignment check of all shutters, lofts, the functioning of drawers and all accessories.
  • Customized products offered by Yashi Interior Exterior are not covered under Warranty.
  • Some decor products and accessories may or may not come under manufacturer warranty, depending on the products. Please speak to the authorized representative to find the manufacturer’s warranty period of any such product, not listed above.
  • During this visit, if an item is found to be faulty, the same will be replaced based on the below scenarios:
  • (a) If the work includes re-alignment of units and/or replacement of items not covered under warranty (due to physical damage, continuous water leakage, rusting, etc.), the cost of replacement will be over and above INR.500, and a bill for the same will be shared after the visit.Any decision regarding repair of the said component (in part or completely) solely lies with the authorized Yashi Interior Exterior representative. The representative will make the decision following an inspection whether to repair at site, or return product to the factory for refurbishing/ replacement.
  • Liability: Yashi Interior Exterior will make all efforts to replace/ repair the said defect within a reasonable period. Yashi Interior Exterior will not be liable for any direct/indirect loss to the user due to the defect or delay in providing the service, or any fault arising due to design, application or installation.
  • SOFAS

  • Warranty excludes upholstery, normal wear and tear, softening or flattening of cushions, colour fading from sunlight, damage caused by rough handling and use of abrasives, corrosive materials, cleaning agents, or inappropriate use and maintenance.
  • However, warranty is applicable on sofas including but not limited up to 3-seater sofas, sectionals, ottomans, and sofa cum beds.
  • Lifetime warranty on any borer/termite issues in solid wood furniture by the brand.
  • Notify Yashi Interior Exterior within 10 days of detecting any defect via phone & email.
  • ALL OTHER FURNITURE

  • This warranty is applicable on all other furniture manufactured by Yashi Interior Exterior.
  • Warranty excludes upholstery, normal wear and tear, softening or flattening of cushions, colour fading from sunlight, damage caused by rough handling and use of abrasives, corrosive materials, cleaning agents, or inappropriate use and maintenance.
  • The following are not defects and shall be excluded from the warranty: natural wood characteristics such as variations in grain, colour, mineral streaks, and knots.
  • This warranty is applicable for furniture including but not limited to upholstered furniture, solid wood furniture, coffee tables, beds, headboards, dining tables and chairs, and accent chairs.
  • Notify within 10 days of detecting any defect via phone & email.
  • ON-SITE SERVICES

  • This warranty shall begin on “the commencement date” provided consumer reports about the defect[s] covered by warranty policy either by phone &email and providing purchase and personal details requested by Yashi Interior Exterior within 7 (seven) days after handover or the day client moves in, whichever is earlier.
  • After settlement of any claim, the warranty period shall only be valid for the remaining period only.
  • This warranty is governed by the clauses mentioned in Yashi Interior Exterior Quality Standards.
  • Repair shall be provided only after inspection.
  • Yashi Interior Exterior shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damages to the customer. The customer’s exclusive and sole remedy under this warranty policy shall be as mentioned here in this clause.
  • Yashi Interior Exterior shall not be liable for providing alternative accommodation during any repair work. Customers need to make their own arrangements if required.
  • The warranty policy shall not cover any defects arising out of factors out of control of Yashi Interior Exterior, including but not limited to:
  • (a) Natural calamities like earthquakes, cyclones
    (b) Vandalism
    (c) Acts of God
    (d) Inappropriate use by the customer
    (e) Normal wear and tear
    (f) Surface with contaminants
    (g) Failure or defects in the structure or previous coating
    (h) Any other external factors
  • Any claim made in terms of this warranty policy shall be made within 30 days of the consumer discovering any defect, damage, or failure, which gives rise to a claim.
  • Yashi Interior Exterior reserves the right to carry out inspections and to perform any tests and may do so by itself or by means of any person nominated by it. Prior to such inspection or testing, the customer shall not be entitled to perform any repairs or remove or tamper with any part of the product/ service.
  • Yashi Interior Exterior shall use its best endeavors to ensure that the repair work is completed as soon as possible, but does not assume liability for delay.
  • Yashi Interior Exterior, in its sole creation, is entitled to Control/monitor repair that needs to be carried out in accordance with all its specifications and instructions.
  • Yashi Interior Exterior is liable to process and implement any legitimate repair or replacement request made by the customer within the warranty timeline in coordination with the respective brand.
  • Any extra charges including work done over and above fixing the identified defect will be chargeable by Yashi Interior Exterior, which shall be borne by the customer.
  • There are no warranties expressed or implied under law, which extend beyond the terms set out in this warranty document.
  • Neither party shall commence any court or arbitration proceedings related to the above warranty policy before completing the entire evaluation process. Under such circumstances, the warranty policy will be considered null and void as the issue would be subject to jurisdiction.
  • In case of any disputes, the same is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara.
  • The facts and all matters concerning any dispute shall be confidential at all times.
  • The customer shall provide necessities such as a stool/ladder, bucket, and water at the site.
  • Any decision regarding repair (in part or completely) solely lies with the authorized representative followed by an inspection made by the representative.
  • The cost of dismantling, reassembly & relocation of product, wherever required, will be borne by the customer.
