TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The Pricing & Specifications are governed on the basis of ‘estimates’. Final costing calculation will be done based on final scope agreed and actual on-site measurements of work with specification chosen.
  • Any addition in work apart from estimates must be discussed by the client and approved in writing form before implementation.
  • Client has to provide keys to the designer till the completion of the project for smooth conduct of work.
  • Keys will be handed over after 15 Days from settlement of all account dues.
  • The payment plan is governed as per stages mentioned below:
  • Delay in payment, approval & procurement of hardware (additional fittings, accessories, lights etc. If provided by the client) will affect the delivery timelines.
  • Yashi Interior & Exterior is not liable for any penalties in case of delay in approval or payment remittance after milestone achievement.
  • Payment should be released with-in 2 days of the requested date to avoid any impact on scheduled work.
  • Payment of the last milestone should be done through post-dated cheque, 15 days prior to the date of handing over the project.
  • Any changes in design after client’s approval & placement of order by Yashi Interior Exterior will cost extra depending upon the changes made.
  • All accessories/fitting/fixtures to be provided by the client and should be made available at least 15 days prior to the date of installation.
  • Site Executives/Operations team will be sharing weekly progress and updates through pictures of the site/production unit; if possible frequency of updates will be increased twice a week in the last three weeks of project completion.
  • Yashi Interior & Exterior will share Baseline Observations/Defects before Taking Handover Of The Site, Any Other Defects/Damages Not Listed Will Not Be Borne By Yashi Interior Exterior.
  • It is assumed that the working hours at site will be from Monday to Saturday 10AM – 6 PM and work silent in the afternoon. In case of any concern from RWA or people in vicinity, it's the client's responsibility to resolve the matter..
  • Any work excluded from agreed scope will lead to removal of 15% cost of scope if not put in production/execution; otherwise it will be charged as full amount.
  • Yashi Interior & Exterior is not liable to provide any alternative accommodation during any repair work. Customers shall make their arrangements by themselves.
  • Yashi Interior & Exterior is liable to process and execute any genuine repair or replacement requested by the customer within the warranted time in accordance with the respective brand.
  • In case of ‘Force Majeure’, Yashi Interior & Exterior will duly inform the customer about the delay arising out of Force Majeure within 72 hours from the occurrence of The Force Majeure Event(S) or from the time Yashi Interior & Exterior is aware of the occurrence of such force majeure event(S) whichever is later. Force Majeure, which includes, but is not restricted to:
  • (a.) Any Act Of God including natural disasters, floods, fire, earthquake, typhoon, cyclone or landslides.
    (b.) War, riot, strike, lockdown, accidents, power failure or shortage of fuel.
    (c.) Any restrictions imposed by the Central, State Or Local Statutory/Government Authorities.
    (d.) Any Change in Applicable Law.
    (e.) Any Unforeseen Supply Shocks for Raw Materials and Accessories.
    (f.) Any Unforeseen Manpower Supply Shocks.
    (g.) Any Other Unforeseen Circumstances/Causes beyond the Reasonable Control.
